The Woman: Melissa
I discovered that I had a passion for wine (or at least for drinking it!) my junior year of college. I pursued an internship with The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas my senior year and transitioned into a full time employee after graduation. I was responsible for their largest fundraiser which allowed me to network with all aspects of the wine industry and I realized my desire to become a sommelier. I pursed certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers and became a Certified Sommelier in July 2014. I started working at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar as their Wine Director three years ago. My favorite thing about being in this industry is that wine embodies so many aspects of life – history, art, science, entertainment, etc.

This is a classic sheath dress with a unique square neckline detail. Sometimes it’s great to have a no frills, no fuss dress to slip on when you’re in a hurry. For more conservative work places, wear the dress with black pumps. Try these cute ankle tie heels if you want to spice things up!
